this may just be my dumb-ass american logic at work, but maybe, just maybe if you tried a little harder to 'satisfy' your customers, you might not need the last 5 hotlines. but if that's too much to ask, may i suggest a 'grammar complain center' then?

So I have to ask...why is Dalian called 'The Romantic City?' I would think that it would be difficult to be romantic when there are apparently so many things to complain about ;)
maybe when you call to complain they send you a date!
...and if you don't like the first girl they send you, you can send her back and tell the 'madame' to send you another...wait are we joking about the sign, or about my time last night at the "karaoke" bar?
