This blog is dedicated to all my friends back home who still think that life in China means making NIKEs for 18 cents an hour and pulling around rich white tourists in a rickshaw through the opium-filled alleys of Shanghai on the weekends. It is time, my friends, to breakdown those racial stereotypes!

Hot apple cider....and now hot OJ!
Actually, hot orange juice has been a traditional drink in KFC throughout China! I personally think it's pretty good to comfort. A lot to get used to for you huh..
Hot drinkss are so popular in China. Hot tea is always free and being served in restaurants. If you ask ice water, it will be cold bottle water without ice.
